At Chemical Guys, we want your style to be as bold as our brand, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn apparel with original tags attached. If your fit isn't perfect, we are committed to making it right so you can get back to looking your best.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; ensure you keep your tracking receipt for updates on your return's progress.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
